A valid EMAIL ADDRESS is helpful for communication between JAMPRO and you. Your account name and password and all other responses and notification will be sent to this email address. Hence type your recent and confidential BUSINESS / INDIVIDUAL EMAIL ADDRESS.

BUSINESS / INDIVIDUAL TRN

Individual Exporters; type your INDIVIDUAL TRN. Business Exporters; type your BUSINESS TRN. If business with Branch enter branch extension of TRN along with TRN (9999999999999).
 
A valid TRN IS REQUIRED for JAMPRO Registration and for using jExporter System.

E-SIGN (ADOPT AN ELECTRONIC TEXT SIGN)

E-SIGN IS ANY TEXT SIGN WHICH IS PRECEDED & FOLLOWED BY ' / '


ALL COMMUNICATION WITH JAMPRO, WHETHER THROUGH EMAIL OR THROUGH ONLINE SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS & APPLICATIONS SHOULD INCLUDE THIS E-SIGN. HENCE IT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REMEMBER YOUR E-SIGN AND KEEP IT SAFE, SECURE & CONFIDENTIAL.

ELECTRONIC TEXT SIGN (E-SIGN) - Any application / data submitted electronically will be required to be "signed" electronically, irrespective of whether or not a traditional paper document signature is required. However this electronic text sign will not be taken in the "sense" of a traditional paper document signature. To verify the authenticity of any document or the origin of communication, the user must specify the same text sign that has been specifically adopted to serve the function of the signature.

ADOPTING AN ELECTRONIC TEXT SIGN (E-SIGN) - Adopting an E-SIGN is simple; Choose any combination of alpha / numeric characters, preceded and followed by the forward slash ( / ) symbol, to serve the function of your electronic text sign (E-SIGN). You also need to remember this E-SIGN for all future activity and keep it confidential
